Antonella Frisiello is a psychologist, ergonomist, and human-centred designer. She graduated in Clinical Psychology at Università degli Studi di Torino and received a Master of Science in Ergonomics at COREP/Politecnico di Torino.
She is currently working as a senior researcher at the Links Foundation (former ISMB), a Research Centre on Innovation Technology based in Turin. As an Ergonomist/Human Factors experts, she has been working on National and European research projects, leading activities related to the psychological and social aspects that influence adoption and interaction with new technologies, applying human centred design, participatory methods, co-design and design thinking to design, develop and assess innovative and people-centred services.
Since 2003, she has been a lecturer at several universities (Università di Torino, Università di Udine, Politecnico di Torino, Universitat Autonoma del Barcelona, Universidad del Azuay, Ecuador) and is currently adjunct professor of Cognitive Ergonomics at the Degree Course of Cognitive Psychology of the University Suor Orsola Benincasa in Naples.
In 2019 she was appointed Vice-President of the Italian Society of Ergonomics and Human Factors.
