Lectures (LE)
Aims
At the end of the course students will obtain:
- Knowledge of the terms used in the legal and forensic field and the roles of the people involved
- Ability to understand the structure and presentation methods of technical consultancy
- Knowledge of the areas of intervention envisaged for the psychologist in the legal and forensic field
- Ability to structure an intervention in the event of separation, listening to the minor
- Ability to collaborate with the forensic psychiatrist in cases of major crimes committed by adults
- Knowledge of the criteria for assessing psychological damage
Programme
- The possible roles of the psychologist in the legal and forensic field.
- Technical consultancy from the CTU office and technical consultancy from the CTP.
- Drafting a technical report.
- The psychologist faced with legal problems concerning the minor and the family.
- Sexual crimes.
- The assessment of psychological damage.
Exam
The evaluation will consist of a written exam with multiple choice and open questions
