She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (LM-51) at Sigmund Freud University in Milan, graduating with honors (110/110 cum laude). She continued her academic path with a Ph.D. at Sigmund Freud University in Wien, conducting a research project in collaboration with the IRCCS Fondazione Cà Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico of Milan. Her project focused on investigating the developmental trajectories of behavioral phenotypes and psychiatric comorbidities in children with genetic syndromes and rare neurodevelopmental disorders.
She is a Lecturer, teaching courses in “Developmental and Educational Psychology I” and “Experimental Psychology Practice I”, and a Researcher at the Child and Youth Lab, directed by Prof. Simona Scaini, as well as at the Artificial Intelligence and Data Analysis (AIDA) Lab, directed by Prof. Giovanni Michelini.
She has gained clinical experience at IRCCS E. Medea – La Nostra Famiglia in Bosisio Parini, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders, and at the Child Neuropsychiatry Department of the Policlinico Hospital in Milan, where her work primarily focused on the diagnostic assessments and the setting up of rehabilitative interventions for children and adolescents with different psychopathologies. Additionally, she has worked as a psychologist in psychoeducational projects in primary and secondary schools to promote the development of emotion regulation skills.
Currently, she works as a licensed private clinical psychologist and as psychotherapist-in-training in the Psychiatry Department at Luigi Sacco Hospital in Milan, where she focuses on the assessment and treatment of depressive, anxiety, bipolar, obsessive-compulsive, and personality disorders.
